CHEF ROD'S FAQ's
Is this going to cost me a fortune?
| |
Actually, you are going to save money. In a restaurant, after calculating appetizers, soup, salads, entrees, desserts, and don't forget the high price of wine and cocktails plus the tip, you are lucky to spend less than $70/person.

Is my kitchen going to work?
| |
Believe me, I have worked in the smallest of kitchens. We create a menu designed around your kitchen; and I bring all my own cookware, tools, and tableware.

What if I want something specific for dinner?
| |
I've practiced many different styles and recipes. If there is something that you absolutely love and would like to learn, I'm sure we can duplicate it or come pretty close.

How far in advance do I need to book a party?
| |
Weekends, especially Saturdays, seem to be most popular, as well as holiday periods. I usually need 2-weeks’ notice to gather all information and make preparations.

What about kids?
| |
One of the perks of having a dinner in your house is that you don't have to worry about restaurant behavior. Kids can do what kids do without the constant disapproving looks of adjacent diners. Everyone is welcome at your table.
